The Blues lost 26-7 at home against Western Vikings. The game was all squatre at half time after Vikings' Peter Beaumont try and Ryan Burkle conversion were cancelled out by Ali Kennaugh and Darragh Pilkington at the other end. In the second half however a Chrois Horton try nudged Vikings ahead. Chris Beaumont added a second which Ryan Burke converted to send Vikings clear. A late try from Kevyn De Souza also converted by Burke, secured Vikings a try bonus point.
